New Resources to Get Your Questions Answered
In order to minimize wait times while calling our support staff due to changes in our hours and availability during this holiday season, we want you to be aware of immediate information we have for you available to help you find answers to your questions easily and at your convenience.
There are now links to resources posted in the message center in your back office that include frequently asked questions, access to live nightly teleseminars where you may submit questions directly to Mary as well as giving you access to past recordings of teleseminars for hours of helpful training and information.
Please help us serve you better by checking these resources to see if your question has already been answered before calling our Level 2 support staff with additional questions or submitting a ticket to our helpdesk. We also request that you submit any non-urgent and non-technical questions during Mary’s nightly live teleseminars for the benefit of other students who also may have the same question.
To access your back office to take advantage of these helpful resources, go to the bottom of either of your web pages and click on “login.” See page 3 of the Back Office manual that came with your start up materials for information about how to log into your back office.
We also want you to be aware of our planned expansion for the upcoming year. Besides overhauling our phone system and technology, we will also be conducting additional staff training to better assist you. Starting December first and for up to the next 90 days, 95% of our support staff will be unavailable on Friday’s during this training.
Again, please check the resources we have made available in your back office to see if your question has already been answered in our FAQs and take advantage of our live teleseminars to get your questions answered directly by Mary.
